If you are unable to keep an appointment, we ask that you please call us at least 24 hours in advance. This courtesy on your part will make it possible to give your appointment to another patient.

To accommodate the busy lifestyle of our patients, Century Eye Care offers both day and evening appointments as well as Saturday hours.

Our office accepts almost all insurance plans. Copays are required the day of your visit. Please keep in mind that should your insurance plan require you to have a referral, we will need it on the day of your visit. Unfortunately, we are at the mercy of your insurance plan just as you are.

If you do not have insurance, payment will be required on the day of your visit.
